Business Developer- Düsseldorf & Frankfurt, Germany

On behalf of our client, a multinational fintech organization, we are seekingsix Business Developers to join its teams inDüsseldorf and Frankfurt, Germany. This is anonsite position offering apermanent contract directly with the client.

1. ِAbout the Client:

A globally recognized FinTech company with operations in more than 20 countries and more than 1,800 employees worldwide is currently looking for a Business Developer to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and outbound sales activities

• Building and managing a strong B2B client portfolio

• Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact until contract closure

• Supporting clients strategically and maintaining long-term relationships

• Conducting market and competitor analysis

• Taking ownership of additional responsibilities based on performance and capabilities

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales is preferred

• Strong interest in financial markets and complex products

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Structured and self-motivated personality

• Fluent German language skills (C level) and good English skills

• €45,000 fixed annual salary
