Systems Integration Support Technician (BC)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technical Project Manager,

Provide remote support and onsite support (occasionaltravel is required to client sites) to SecurityContractors in integrating 1VALET’s technologyin Smart Building Automation projects (IoT).Program,configure, and commission security systems as required.Communicateclearly with customers,project managers, and internal teams. Update Project status in the Project Management software.Escalate and collaborate with Technical Project Manager and Cross Functional teams incomplexissues. Take ownership of theIOTproject from Start to Finish.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Access Control/Enter Phone Systems/CCTV/IPSystems/Intrusion Systems/IoT
• You are an Expert in access control systems like Salto/ICT/Kantech. Being a certified installer is anadded advantage
• Experience with CCTV platforms:Hanwha/Digital Watchdog/ Axis/ Uniview/Avigilon
• Experience with installation and commissioning of Enter Phone Systems(Digital)
• Experience with intrusion systems like DSC/Paradox/Honey Well
• Handson experience inIP networking,DMZ,VLAN,VPN technologies (RDM, IP Sec, SSL, VoIP)and PoE systems
• Ability to configure Wifi Networks (Unifi experience is preferred)
• Read and interpretconstruction drawings,wiringdrawings and as-built documentation
• Strong background in structured cabling and low-voltage installations
• Prior experience working with a Project Management software
• Ability to install and navigatemobileapps and web portals
• Valid G class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
