The client is Client GROUP, a company specializing in telecommunication services.Responsibilities: As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. Design & develop engineering systems associated with physical products including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Oversee feature plan implementation and design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering is required. Expert level of proficiency in Client Web Services (AWS) is recommended. DevOps, Terraform, Python (Programming Language), and Kubernetes with Expert proficiency are suggested skills. Develop innovative solutions for system engineering challengesLead the implementation of new engineering architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integrations. Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team efficiencyRequirements: Experience as a Python developer Experience in object-oriented programming concepts, unit & integration testing, web architecture and application servers.
