Systems Engineer III

Requisition #: TLS-26-043 | Clearance: Active DoD Secret (US citizenship required) | Level: Senior | Experience: 7+ years | Education: Bachelor's (STEM) | Work site: Huntsville, AL (customer site)

What you'll do:

• Support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming how the agency approaches engineering

• Capture and develop new system models that will become the backbone of MDA's future engineering efforts

• Leverage a variety of MBSE tools to move the agency away from document-driven engineering

• Coordinate and collaborate on models with internal and external teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field

• 7+ years of experience

• Active Secret clearance

• Strong model-based engineering experience

• Ability to excel in a team setting

• Experience with interface or interoperability engineering domains

Preferred qualifications:

• Expertise in MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)

• Missile Defense Agency (MDA) experience

• Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability

Some travel may be required; partial telework may be available.
