Systems Engineer - Capability

Our client URGENTLY requires a Systems Engineer - Capability for 8 months+ Contracts in Canberra. 

We are seeking a highly analytical Systems Engineer - Capability to support a major Defence program. You will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of complex capability solutions, working closely with stakeholders to inform evidence-based decision-making and acquisition outcomes. 

Skills and Experience required includes: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operational Analysis, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in Capability Analysis, Systems Engineering, or Defence Capability Development. 
• Conduct capability assessments, technical evaluations, and operational analysis. 
• Perform trade studies and assess system performance across various operational scenarios. 
• Knowledge of Defence capability development, acquisition and systems integration principles. 
• Support the development of capability requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures. 

Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
