Location: Remote (U.S.)
Type: W-2 contract, 3 year assignment

About the role
Keep business applications running for a growing organization in regulated life-sciences manufacturing. You'll configure, support and upgrade applications and their servers. You'll also help build the automation, deployment approach and dev/test environments the team will use every day.

We're hiring at junior, mid and senior levels. Scope depends on experience.

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain and support application infrastructure and integrations
• Troubleshoot application issues
• Support deployments and upgrades
• Manage, deploy and configure Windows and Linux servers
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation (Ansible or similar) for deployment and configuration
• Develop strategies for automated deployment where available
• Help build the development and quality environments the team uses day to day
• Develop processes that support the organization's growth

• Experience administering enterprise or plant-floor applications
• Experience managing, deploying and configuring Windows and Linux servers
• Scripting and automation experience (Ansible or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Experience developing or contributing to automated deployment strategies
• Ability to build repeatable processes that support a growing organization

• Experience supporting systems in cGMP-regulated active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing and distribution
• Or, experience at regulated pharmaceutical or life-sciences companies

• Validated GxP systems such as MES, LIMS or QMS; 21 CFR Part 11; IQ/OQ/PQ
• PowerShell, Python or Bash
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• RHEL, VMware or Azure

• Junior (0–4 years): Handles assigned tasks under general supervision using established tools and methods.
• Mid (4–8 years): Handles complex assignments on their own and may lead workstreams or small teams.
• Senior (8+ years): Owns complex deliverables, leads teams, mentors staff and works directly with stakeholders.

Work environment

• Extended sitting or standing; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use stairs.
• Travel up to 5%.
