Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to work with Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics. MFAMS is a Cybersecurity Services web application designed to support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) tools and services.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing software across multiple fabrics. Â
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree for a total of 15 years.
- Technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering.Â
- Must have the ability to document the tool/s and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation.Â
- Attention to detail is needed to generate and modify numerous internal and customer facing documents to include standard system engineering documents.
- Ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.
- Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specificationsÂ
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements
- Triage user issuesÂ
- Track and respond to user issues/questions
- Capable of communicating with stakeholders through both technical and non-technical documentation (e.g. user guides, FAQs, user notifications, support communication)
- Create briefings and roadmaps to present to the customer
- Familiarity with tools and ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, O365, Microsoft Office
- Capable of taking high level tasking and executing applicable processes to achieve a successful outcome
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with agile projects and processes
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
- Provide meeting minutes
- Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
- Track and report testing results
- Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
