Systems Analyst - Expert

Provide a short description of the Position: This position requires to build training environments and develop documentation for multiple technology needs. Candidate will work with subject matter experts, application developers, training staff, and users to understand the applications and business processes in order to develop the required materials.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: • Create technical documentation, including but not limited to training materials, test scripts, user guides, correspondence to end users, functional descriptions, application glossaries, guidelines for end users, reports, policies and standard operating procedures, and presentations. • As applications development process proceeds, written materials need to be updated with the changes in the application and its processes and changes in the business processes. • Document business work processes, use cases and scenarios to support applications requirements and design • Assist with developing statements of work and procurement documents
