Location: Hybrid – Kemmerer, WY
Type: W-2 contract, 3 year assignment

About the role
Join an application team supporting enterprise asset management and integration systems for an organization in the energy sector. You’ll gather requirements, analyze how processes and systems work today, and turn business needs into clear functional specifications.
We’re hiring at junior, mid and senior levels. Scope depends on experience.

What you’ll do

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze current-state processes and systems
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for the team’s application stack (IBM Maximo and SSIS, or NextAxiom, depending on team)

• Experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams

• Independently lead requirements work for complex applications or workstreams
• Work directly with business leaders and stakeholders on complex issues
• Guide and mentor junior analysts

• Commercial nuclear power plant operations experience, ideally with accountability to NERC and FERC requirements
• Or experience at a regulated utility or heavy-industrial company

• IBM Maximo or another enterprise asset management (EAM) system
• SQL Server and SSIS
• NextAxiom or a similar integration platform (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)
• Work management, maintenance or plant operations processes
• Supporting user acceptance testing and go-live
• Azure environments

• Junior (0–4 years): completes assigned analysis and documentation tasks with general guidance
• Mid (4–8 years): handles complex analysis independently and may lead a workstream
• Senior (8+ years): leads requirements for major initiatives, advises stakeholders and mentors others

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use stairs
• Travel: 0–5%
