Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Bellevue, WA
Type: W-2 contract, 3 year assignment
Pay:
Junior-Mid $62.00 – $74.00 per hour based on experience
Senior $74.00 – $93.50 per hour based on experience
About the role
A corporate enterprise applications team is looking for a Systems Analyst to turn business needs into clear system requirements. You’ll work with business users and technical teams to understand current processes and systems and define what the team’s applications need to do.
We’re hiring at junior, mid and senior levels. Pay and scope depend on experience.
What you’ll do
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Analyze current-state processes and systems
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for the team’s applications
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams
- General technical competency for the role
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira or Azure DevOps
- Supporting testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness
- Enterprise application implementations, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow or Salesforce
- Agile delivery: backlogs, sprint planning and stand-ups
- SQL for data analysis
- Process mapping with Visio, Lucidchart or BPMN
- Integration and data mapping between applications
- Experience in a Microsoft and Azure environment
- Change management and user adoption
- Experience in a regulated environment
- CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA certification
- Junior (0–4 years): documents requirements and processes with guidance, using established templates and methods
- Mid (4–8 years): runs requirements work independently and may lead analysis for a project or workstream
- Senior (8+ years): leads analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives, mentors others and works directly with business leaders
- Able to safely lift up to 25 lbs and use stairs
- Travel: 0–5%
