Job Summary
The Systems Administrator - Assigned serves as the primary onsite IT resource for aÂ
designated healthcare client. This individual works from the customer location on a full-timeÂ
basis and acts as a trusted extension of both the client organization and Eakes. The roleÂ
requires strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, independent decision-making, andÂ
the ability to deliver high-quality technical support and customer service in a healthcareÂ
environment.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
       Maintain a full-time onsite presence at the assigned customer location.Â
       Serve as the primary day-to-day IT contact for customer staff and leadership.Â
       Respond to technical issues with urgency and professionalism.Â
       Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and basicÂ
networking issues.Â
        Document all work accurately within the ticketing system.Â
        Communicate clearly with end users, customer leadership, vendors, and Eakes ManagedÂ
IT staff.Â
        Escalate issues to higher-level engineering resources when necessary.Â
        Identify recurring issues and opportunities for operational improvement.Â
        Participate in Eakes meetings, training events, and required team activities.Â
        Assist with workstation deployments, application support, onboarding, offboarding, andÂ
routine IT maintenance.

Required Qualifications
       2+ years of IT support experience in a help desk, service desk, desktop support, orÂ
managed services environment.
       Strong communication and customer service skills.
       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
       Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
       Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpointÂ
management, and common business applications.
       Ability to prioritize competing requests and maintain a high level of responsiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
       Prior experience working in a healthcare or medical environment.
       Experience supporting HIPAA-regulated organizations and handling sensitiveÂ
information appropriately.
       Experience working within an MSP environment.
       CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or comparable certifications.
       Experience supporting basic networking, wireless connectivity, and line-of-businessÂ
applications.
