System Development Engineer – Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS)

As a System Development Engineer, you will work on the development of our Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS) products for international automotive customers.

You will take an active role throughout the system development lifecycle, from the analysis of customer requirements and RFQ activities to specifications, system development and solve technical issues with other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, clarify and managecustomer and system requirements 
• Derive and maintainproduct and system specifications 
• Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle 
• Participate inRFQ and concept development activities 
• Coordinate system-related development activities with Software, Hardware, Algorithm, Test and Project teams 
• Contribute tosystem architecture and interface definition 
• Analyze technical issues and coordinate problem-solving activities 

• BSc degree inComputer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field 
• System-level engineering mindset and ability to understand complex technical systems 
• Experience inRequirements Engineering 
• Knowledge of automotive development processes (ASPICE, V-cycle)  
• Knowledge of embedded systems, sensors, automotive communication protocols or battery systems is an advantage 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Confident English communication skills
