We are looking for a SWIFT Application Support Engineer with hands-on experience in SWIFT Payments, SNL/SWIFT connectivity, and SWIFT Messaging Gateways. The role involves production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder coordination for critical payment applications.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT Payments, message types and payment journey concepts
- Hands-on experience with SNL / SWIFTNet Link
- Experience with SWIFT Messaging Gateway – GTExchange preferred; SAA/AMH acceptable
- Unix Shell Scripting and strong Unix command-line skills
- RHEL/Linux environment
- Oracle DB and database concepts
- Basic PL/SQL query writing
- Jira / Agile tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Technical documentation and production support experience
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SWIFT/payment applications.
- Troubleshoot SWIFT connectivity, messaging and payment-processing issues.
- Monitor applications, logs, interfaces and Unix/Linux environments.
- Perform incident, problem and change management within SLA.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Prepare RCA, technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
