We are building a personalized AI-based robot you can mentor

Mentee's goal is to fully integrate robotics, sensing, and AI into a humanoid robot with human-like dexterity and perception, and sufficient reasoning capabilities to execute a diverse array of tasks and continuously adapt and learn new ones. As part of the AI cycle, large language models (LLMs) are tightly integrated translating natural language commands into internal action models that are grounded in a 3D cognitive map of the world.

What You Will Do

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of talented engineers and engineering managers.

Define and implement technical strategies and roadmaps in alignment with the company's objectives.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap in partnership with all stakeholders, ensuring predictable, reliable, and sustainable execution.

Implement and uphold best practices for software development, deployment, and monitoring.

Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Who You Are

B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.

8+ years of experience in software development.

R&D executive with a hands-on approach, capable of leading engineers across various teams.

Experience in designing and developing deep tech products, from concept to market-ready solutions.

Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, including AI, Embedded systems, Cloud, and multiple programming languages (C++, C, Python, Rust, React).

Proven ability to attract and hire top engineering talent, set high standards, and create a growth-friendly environment.
