SVP, Team Lead, Brand & Business Marketing-Brand, COO

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of brand and business marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and regional teams to align brand strategies with business objectives and drive growth.
• Oversee marketing operations, budget allocation, and financial governance in alignment with COO guidelines.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of major brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
• Establish robust measurement frameworks and KPIs to track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure optimal delivery and value.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
