ĀAbout the Role
We're looking for a Sustainability Analyst to help bring Moonpig Group's Sustainability Strategy and Climate Transition Plan to life.
Working closely with our Group Sustainability Manager, you'll play a key role in tracking our environmental impact, improving our carbon accounting and helping us make progress towards our climate commitments.
From working with suppliers on their net zero journeys to supporting sustainability reporting and employee volunteering, this is a chance to make a real difference across our business.
You'll help us build reliable data, improve how we work and give our teams the insights they need to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the collection of Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions data and other environmental information, working with teams across the Group and external suppliers.
Check data for accuracy and completeness, investigate gaps or unusual results, and maintain clear records and supporting evidence.
Maintain carbon accounting methods, calculation files and emission factors, helping improve data quality and increase the use of activity-based and supplier-specific data.
Improve environmental data processes, controls and documentation to support accurate reporting and prepare for future external assurance.
Coordinate our Net Zero Supplier Engagement programme, including supplier communications, follow-ups, workshops, progress tracking and evidence collection.
Track Climate Transition Plan actions, KPIs, milestones and stakeholders, identifying delays, dependencies and areas needing further support.
Support climate initiatives and help suppliers build their sustainability knowledge through research, analysis and collaboration with teams across the business.
Coordinate reporting timelines and gather the data and evidence needed for our Sustainability Report, CDP submissions and other ESG ratings and disclosures.
Keep sustainability reporting records organised, consistent and easy to reuse across reporting cycles.
Monitor changes to environmental legislation and regulations, helping the business understand what they could mean for our operations.
Work with relevant teams to gather environmental compliance information, track actions and improve our environmental management processes.
Support our charity and community programmes, working with charity partners and local representatives to coordinate activities.
Help organise employee volunteering and engagement initiatives, including internal communications, campaigns and impact reporting.
