Position Responsibilities

• Engineering for continuous improvement of current products and creation of new products. This will include 3D mechanical design, documentation of base equipment design, analysis, and testing.
• Work with the whole SurePoint team to define new product requirements, product changes and resolve issues.
  
• Advance our engineering practices to more fully to drive manufacturing and provide better documentation of our products from design through manufacturing.
  
• Work with technical publications team to provide necessary drawings, pictures, and written content for operator’s manuals, installation instructions and other service materials.
  
• Work with vendors for product selection, improvement, and steel fabrication
  
• Provide documentation and procedures for final PVV (Product Validation and Verification) Testing
  
• Field Support and Troubleshooting when needed or if an opportunity to learn exists.
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

In addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.

Location

Preferred location would be at our home office at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS. It is possible to work out of the SurePoint Innovation Center in Manhattan, KS.
