The Work:Help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence. You'll support participant-led goals, provide case management, and truly change lives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service fieldor at least five years of direct care experience in human services.
Knowledge of entitlements and social services; experience with our targeted population preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance required.
