Salary Range:$50,000-$65,000 (Exempt)

Job Summary: Impact Support Services is seeking a dedicated and motivatedProgram Manager for Career Services to lead employment services for individuals with disabilities. This position provides supervision and support to Career Specialists while ensuring high-quality services, compliance, and successful employment outcomes for the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Career Specialists.
• Coordinate employment services, referrals, intakes, and person-centered planning activities.
• Develop staffing and service schedules to meet individual needs.
• Monitor documentation, service records, monthly reports, and billing processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, community partners, families, and other stakeholders.
• Support job seekers in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, CARF standards, HIPAA requirements, and other applicable guidelines.
• Participate in meetings, staffing conferences, and program planning activities.
• Provide direct services as needed to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education, Business, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Experience in employment services, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, or related services preferred.
• Strong communication, written, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Required Licensing or Certifications

• Valid Class E Missouri Driver’s License.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance.
• Successful completion of reference verifications, criminal history background check, I-9, and driving record review.
• Ability to complete and maintain all certifications required by the agency or program assignment.
