• Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets in a professional manner.

• Assist with hosting-related queries and issues.

• Engage with clients through Live Chat to offer real-time assistance.

• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Experience with customer support and handling support tickets.

• Familiarity with hosting services and common issues.

• Proficiency in using Discord and Email for communication.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new support platforms, including Live Chat.
