Join our international technical support team as aBrainlab Support Specialist and become a trusted technical partner for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing Brainlab systems at hospitals across your region. As the face to our customers, you will represent our commitment to excellent service by providing expert technical support.
You will work with our innovative productLoop-X and play a key role in ensuring its reliability, performance and availability. This includes regular travel to customer sites to providehands-on technical support.

As part of the Support Imaging Team for our outstanding product line you have the opportunity to grow within our company.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Loop-X at hospitals and clinical sites
- Provide professional technical support both on-site and remotely, guiding users through system operation and troubleshooting
- Perform system diagnostics, software and hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance and proactive service checks to ensure optimal system performance
- Be a trusted technical advisor to our customers and build strong, long-term relationships based on expertise, reliability, and excellent service
- Ensure that all service activities are completed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with Brainlab quality standards and procedures
- Document installations, maintenance, repairs and other service interventions accurately and comprehensively
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical Support and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Share technical feedback and contribute ideas that help continuously improve our products, services and processes
- Manage your home office days independently, ensuring a productive and well-organized workday
- Degree inElectrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar
- Initial professional experience in technical support, ideally within thehealthcare or medical technology sector
- Experience withX-ray imaging systems and/or scanner technology is a plus
- Special knowledge in radiation protection is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IT, computer systems, networking and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills inFrench and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness totravel up to 80% in your region, including overnight stays and occasional international assignments
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Valid driver's license is required
