The Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Lead is responsible for integrating production planning, inventory strategy, supply chain analytics, and planning-system governance for the Westborough manufacturing site. This individual contributor role converts demand, capacity, material availability, and master-data insights into executable production plans and clear recommendations that improve delivery, inventory, and operational performance.

This position reports to the Senior Materials Manager and is part of the Materials organization located in Westborough, Massachusetts, and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

•Own the site master production schedule and materials-planning process, including demand and capacity review, order management, and logistics, in order to improve customer delivery.

•Analyze inventory, working capital, excess and obsolete exposure, material availability, and production capacity.

•Establish and maintain planning and master-data discipline in Oracle, including planning parameters, lead times, planner assignments, and related controls required for accurate planning and execution.

•Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI, Excel, and other approved digital tools to strengthen visibility, decision-making, and accountability across the value stream.

•Lead cross-functional planning, analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain, using Danaher Business System principles to improve flow, reduce risk, and standardize processes.

Who you are:

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

•3+ years of functional experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.

•Demonstrated experience developing operational analysis, metrics, or dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI or comparable business-intelligence tools.

•Working proficiency with Oracle or other ERP systems for material requirements planning, planning parameters, work orders, and inventory controls.

•Experience translating demand, capacity, material availability, inventory, and master-data analysis into documented recommendations for cross-functional business decisions.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

•Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including possible overnight travel to other Cytiva or Danaher sites, suppliers, training, or workshops.

•Ability to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and enter production areas while wearing required personal protective equipment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

•APICS or ASCM certification, such as CPIM or CSCP, or Lean or Six Sigma certification.

•Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Cloud planning applications, or comparable advanced planning systems.

•Danaher Business System, Lean manufacturing, daily management, problem solving, or structured continuous-improvement methods.

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
