Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain IT Analyst with strong functional and technical experience across Oracle ERP and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain processes—including order management, inventory, and shipping—along with strong analytical and communication skills to support business and IT initiatives for Cisco.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state application design and business processes across supply chain domains.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design new solution options.
• Develop functional specifications and author user stories for developers & QA teams.
• Understand and troubleshoot Oracle ERP modules: OM, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving.
• Support QA teams with test case reviews, issue resolution, and validation of delivered capabilities.
• Conduct demos to business stakeholders to secure approvals and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams for solution integration and delivery.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support technical and business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of IT experience, preferably in supply chain domain.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Oracle PL/SQL, SQL
  • ERP modules: Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving
  • Java and integration technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
• Experience working in a global delivery and multi-vendor environment.
• Prior Cisco experience is a strong advantage.
