As the brand scales rapidly across retail, e-commerce, and foodservice, they’re looking for a proactive and solutions-orientedSupply Chain & Operations Intern to join their high-performing team in Surry Hills. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how supply chain works inside a fast-paced consumer brand—and play a real part in keeping everything flowing smoothly.

The Role

The Supply Chain & Operations Intern will support Morning Made’s operations team across procurement, logistics, production planning, and retail fulfillment. This is a great role for someone who’s analytical, organized, and eager to build a career in supply chain or FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating procurement, logistics, and inventory management across suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouses

• Help manage relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and fulfillment partners

• Monitor and update inventory levels to reduce risk of stockouts or excess stock

• Support demand forecasting and assist with planning for promotions and launches

• Contribute to cost analysis across sourcing, freight, and warehousing

• Assist in tracking compliance across food safety and regulatory requirements

• Help coordinate new product launches, working cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team

• Work closely with the finance team to align operations with budget and forecasting needs

Who They're Looking For

• A student or recent graduate in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills

• Analytical thinker with basic experience in forecasting, inventory, or logistics

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Bonus: experience with FMCG, food & beverage, or wellness brands
