Supply Chain Intern

We're looking for motivated interns to join ourSupplyChain team intwo distinct areas of our operations:

Engineering & Maintenance–SupplyChain Intern
This internship focuses on strategicsupplychain management at a group level across five Jetfly business units. Key responsibilities include:

• Creation and standardization of procedures to improve efficiency and compliance across SCM activities.
• Supplier onboarding and administration of the Approved Suppliers List (ASL), ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
• Generation of reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
• Collaboration with SCM team members on operational tasks such as purchasing, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and proposing optimizations.

Ground Operations –SupplyChain Intern
This internship focuses onoperationalsupplychain activities within Jetfly Aviation. Key responsibilities include:

• Support the operational use of Odoo for onboard product purchasing, stock management, and aircraft cleaning tracking.
• Assist with the daily execution and improvement of the purchasing workflow and stock reception processes.
• Prepare reports on purchasing and inventory to support cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to supplier sourcing and support the identification of cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
• Track KPIs related tosupply operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work on the supplier evaluation system (archiving, data, forms, reporting).

Requirements for both roles:

• Ongoing university or master’s studies inSupplyChain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus for CAMO
• Proactive, detail-oriented, sociable, and curious mindset

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

• Bachelor's degree: €1,000
• 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
• Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500

Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month)
