🔍 Key Responsibilities

📂Document Control & Sorting: Organize and sort dispatching and inventory documents such as delivery receipts, transfer-in forms, dispatching copies, done delivery forms, and itineraries for proper filing, easy retrieval, and compliance forwarding.

💻Data Encoding & Inventory Tracking: Encode past and current transfer-in and transfer-out transactions into the system. Update main inventory records, encode sales invoices for appliances and furniture, and verify key details before submission to Accounting.

📊Physical Inventory & Showroom Support: Assist in conducting physical inventory counts of appliances and furniture (e.g., bed foams, sofa sets, wardrobes, dining sets) and help arrange furniture displays within the showroom.

🚛Dispatching & Operational Support: Support active dispatching operations by helping move appliances and furniture from the stockroom to the dispatching area when needed to ensure smooth, on-time departures.

⚙Administrative Support: Help maintain organized documentation across all dispatching activities and perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Dispatching or Inventory Supervisor.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or any related business, logistics, or corporate operations course.

🛠️Technical Skills: Strong organizational skills, familiarity with inventory tracking software or digital data entry, and proficiency in digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
