What to Expect

In this role, you will serve as the Data Analystsupporting Supply Chain department. You will be leading effective utilizationof large supply chain data sets, delivering impactful analytics solutions forSupply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs), and contribute continuous improvementefforts across supply chain. The ideal candidate is a proactive and technicallyversatile analyst who thrives on automating manual workflows, building scalabletools, and solving complex supply chain problems with data. 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and platformsthat provide end-to-end visibility into supply and demand planning acrossmultiple tiers of the supply chain
• Design and run supply simulations to identify gatingsupply chains, forecast risk, and support proactive decision-making byplanning, SCPM, and GSM teams
• Automate daily operational workflows to eliminatemanual processes and drive operational excellence across Material Planning,GSM, and Component GSM teams
• Query and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL touncover supply chain trends, exceptions, and actionable insights
• Develop Python-based automation scripts and dataprocessing pipelines for data extraction, transformation, reporting, andsimulation modeling
• Support leadership with dashboards, ad-hoc analyses,supply risk assessments, and quarterly operational summaries
• Independently manage multiple analytical projects,platform builds, and data support requests, ensuring objectives and deadlinesare met 

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in quantitative field (e.g., Engineering,Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience orevidence of exceptional ability with 4+ years of work experience in supplychain analytics, demand/supply planning, or a related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in querying large datasets usingSQL
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation,and pipeline development (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, runsimulations, and present findings clearly and concisely
• A collaborative, flexible, and open working style withthe ability to build trust and credibility across planning, GSM, and systemsteams
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizationsusing tools like Tableau or similar is highly preferred
