Title: Supply Chain Associate

Location: Lahore

Job Purpose

To support day-to-day supply chain operations through procurement data entry, payment documentation, interdepartmental coordination, administrative support, and market visits for maintaining an updated procurement rates database.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain procurement Purchase Orders (POs), payment records, and related data accurately in the relevant systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with other departments for the processing, verification, and completion of procurement documents and payment requests.
• Conduct market visits to collect and verify vendor quotations and update the procurement rates database.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payment documents, and other procurement-related correspondence.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and timely execution of day-to-day supply chain activities.
• Follow up with vendors and internal departments regarding pending documentation, quotations, and payment processing.

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: BBA / B.Com
