Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Supply & Inventory Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end supply and inventory planning by focusing on a specific consumer segment. This role involves planning execution, evaluating risks and opportunities, and communicating essential information to drive positive business results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience required.
• Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into easily interpretable stories.
• Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working.
• Superior interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Validated analytical skills, finding relevant information within large data sets and creating executive stories.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Prior SAP ERP experience.
• Client Power Business Intelligence experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau & Cognos.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate twice/month delivery planning process and ensure materials are planned and purchased on appropriate timelines.
• Execute and manage supply commitments through the creation of purchase orders (POs) for procurement of finished goods.
• Conduct analysis to proactively identify challenges and drive clarity for key stakeholders through key business metrics.
• Proactively drive actions to maintain a healthy inventory position in the assigned business.
