Job Title: Inventory Planner 3

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $40-45

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inventory Planner to join our team. This role involves supporting end-to-end supply and inventory planning for a specific consumer segment, ensuring that products are planned, risks and opportunities are evaluated, and issues are escalated as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience required
• Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into easy-to-interpret stories
• Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working
• Superior interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Validated analytical skills, finding relevant information within large data sets and creating executive stories
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior SAP ERP experience preferred
• Client Power Business Intelligence experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Tableau & Cognos

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate twice/month delivery planning process and ensure materials are planned and purchased on appropriate timelines
• Execute and manage supply commitments through creation of purchase orders (POs) for procurement of finished goods
• Conduct analysis to proactively identify challenges and tell a story, driving clarity for key stakeholders through key business metrics
• Proactively drive actions to maintain a healthy inventory position
• Report and communicate to consumer planning teams delivery expectations, solutions to risks and opportunities, and drive inventory health/productivity
