Supply Chain Analytics Lead

Job Title : Supply Chain Analytics

Contract: 6 Months
 
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, logistics, inventory, materials, and manufacturing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintainKPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring management reports to measure operational performance.
• Develop analytical models to supportcost reduction, spend management, resource optimization, and financial decision-making.
• Evaluate inventory and logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and 3PL stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Consolidate information from ERP, reporting, and business intelligence systems to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare clear presentations and executive-level reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and performance tracking.
• Translate complex datasets into concise business recommendations that can be acted upon by operational teams.
• Help establish standardized reporting and performance-management processes across supply chain functions.

• 4–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Analytics, Logistics, Planning, Materials Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including inventory, planning, logistics, materials, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience creating Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, scorecards, and operational metrics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, financial analysis, or cost optimization.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise reporting/analytics environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Ability to convert business and operational data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to cGMP/GMP operations.
• Experience working with manufacturing supply chains and/or 3PL operations.
• Background in developing executive dashboards and enterprise performance-management reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
