Pay Range: $40 - $42/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support supply chain planning with a focus on forecast accuracy and inventory management.
  • Review account- and product-level demand, identifying changes or discrepancies.
  • Ensure planning data is accurate before weekly deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Business Operations and stakeholders to align forecasts with business needs.
  • Prepare weekly reporting on forecast movement, potential risks, and business impact.
  • Reconcile channel inventory information and track incoming product schedules.
  • Monitor aging inventory and support depletion plans.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or related field.
  • Proficiency inExcel is a core requirement.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting information and aligning stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in a multicultural business environment.
  • Educational background in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Business Administration, MIS, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with cloud and AI tools, including exposure to AI technologies and LLMs.
