Location - Charlotte, North Carolina

Role:
Supports supply chain planning and operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory health, inbound supply, and catalog governance
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights for decision-making
• Develop reports and track performance metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity (ERP, reporting tools)
• Communicate insights, gaps, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support cross-functional supply chain teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years in supply chain / business analysis
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with relational data, reporting, and data storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Preferred

• Reporting tools: Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy
• Project tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, SAP, Asana
• Experience in automation and reporting enhancement
