Job Description:
Role: Supply Chain Analyst
Client: Merz
Location: Franksville, Sturtevant, WI
The Supply Chain Associate performs day-to-day tasks and provides technical data assessment of service events. This position plays an integral role supply chain continuity. The Supply Chain Associate works with supervision and requires a high degree of interaction with customers and Global Merz employees. Qualifications include: Undergraduate Degree or Certificate; Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment support project management activity; and Possess excellent Microsoft application skills. Power BI and SAP skills preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support service and repair inventory transactions according to applicable SOP(s).
• Support global service expansion projects
• Create document change notifications (DCN) processes.
• Provide service centers and field engineers with IT system access, and training needs on an ongoing basis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP process issues
• Prepare and present MRB (Material Review Board) devices for disposition
• Data management and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Other Duties:
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for S&R methodologies and provide process recommendations.
• Assess and reduce supply chain risks through proactive planning and mitigation strategies.
• Optimize inventory levels for components and finished goods to support service operations.
• Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties required by their supervisor.
