Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant education, experience, or certification.
• Strong knowledge ofSupplier Quality, Process Validation, Process Capability, MSA, and Inspection Controls.
• Hands-on experience withGage R&R, SPC, and process capability studies (Cp/Cpk).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances,CTQs, and GD&T.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into process controls, inspection plans, and quality controls.
• Knowledge of applicableISO 13485, FDA QSR/QMSR, and quality system requirements.
• Experience identifying supplier quality/documentation gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and project execution skills.
