The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll support Booz Allen’s enterprise Supplier Performance Management(SPM) and Supplier Relationship Management(SRM) frameworks by executing structured supplier performance evaluations, coordinating governance activities, strengthening supplier relationships, and improving visibility into supplier health, risk, and delivery outcomes. You’ll work closely with procurement managers, program managers (PMs), category teams,and other stakeholders to ensure supplier accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base.

We need a specialist like you to support SPM operational cycles by identifying supplier populations aligned to segmentation criteria and contract lifecycle triggers. You’ll deploy supplier scorecards in Ivalua and upon completion, you’ll analyze performance results which will be reported in monthly roll‑ups and leadership reviews. Based on identified performance trends and risks, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, distribute, and track Letters of Concern(LOCs) and Corrective Action Plans(CAPs) as part of the supplier remediation process. Your work will promote transparency, defensibility, and traceability throughout supplier performance monitoring and follow-up actions.

You’ll also support the management of strategic and business-critical supplier relationships. You’ll use supplier performance data and stakeholder insights to coordinate and facilitate governance activities, including quarterly business reviews, performance discussions, and risk escalations. Your efforts contribute to an integrated supplier management operating model, linking SPM, SRM, segmentation, and risk management to strengthen supplier accountability, enable strategic supplier engagement, improve reliability, and support long‑term value creation for Booz Allen.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S.citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:
- Support day‑to‑day relationship management activities for strategic and business-critical suppliers, helping maintain structured governance and performance oversight.
- Coordinate governance cadences, including monthly operational reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews(QBRs), and annual strategic business reviews.
- Prepare governance meeting materials, track action items, document supplier performance outcomes, and escalate risks to procurement managers or SRM leads as needed.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and relationship management indicators to assess supplier collaboration, responsiveness, and strategic alignment.Â
- Support supplier segmentation updates by gathering data on spend, risk, criticality, and performance trends.Â
- Contribute to maintaining governance cadence discipline and ensuring supplier engagement aligns with segmentation guidance.
- Identify supplier populations for recurring scorecard cycles using segmentation criteria.
- Deploy supplier scorecards in Ivalua and ensure PMs and buyers receive correct evaluations.Â
- Follow up with PMs and buyers on incomplete or overdue scorecards.
- Reassign evaluations when routing issues or responsibility changes occur.
- Troubleshoot scorecard routing, assignment, and reviewer workflow issues across PM or GSC stakeholders.
- Track supplier performance results across scorecard cycles, monitoring trends and identifying emerging quality, delivery, cost, or communication issues.
- Support reporting by compiling supplier performancemetrics, completion data, risk indicators, and scorecard insights for dashboards and leadership reviews.
- Highlight supplier performance issues requiring remediation, and support the development of LOCs or CAPs.Â
- Maintain structured, defensible documentation of supplier performance activities, including evidence used for evaluations, escalations, and governance.

You Have:
- 2+ years ofexperience in supplier-facing roles such as supply chain, procurement, vendor management, subcontract management, or logistics
- Experience conducting performance assessments, supplier reviews, quality or compliance checks, or vendor scorecard evaluations
- Experience supporting issue resolution, corrective action management, or escalation processes
- Experience with supplier risk concepts and structured review processes such as inherent, performance, engagement, or delivery risk
- Ability to analyze KPIs, interpret supplier performance data, and synthesize findings for stakeholders
- Ability to manage supplier relationships in multi‑stakeholder environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
