Job Title: Supplier Enablement Subject Matter Expert
Location: Neenah, WI, 54956
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
A hands-on contractor role with deeper process expertise than the wider enablement team. This person both executes the enablement work and acts as the team's go-to expert. The role supports onboarding vendors to our global supplier portal as well as implementing new supplier transactional processes and implementing procurement catalogs for suppliers as a part of the Digital Transformation Project.

Supplier communications & automation (primary focus)
● Set up and own Power Automate for supplier communication automation — build and configure the flows, prepare everything, and run the automated comms.
â—Ź Prepare and issue all supplier communications across the campaign (different communications rounds, including post-go-live).
● Monitor supplier communications for the project — mailbox monitoring and auto-replies, and manage/track bouncebacks; submit missing/invalid addresses to the local team and manage corrections.
â—Ź Prepare and run the supplier survey / cXML questionnaire; manage responses, follow up non-responsive suppliers, and drive supplier buy-in.

Subject-matter expertise & escalation
● First-level escalation and expert support for the enablement contractors — how to set up a cXML connection, build catalogs/PunchOut, send communications, and resolve errors (advisory support, not line management).
â—Ź Provide Coupa CSP and cXML process guidance; validate and troubleshoot item-load files and cXML connections.
â—Ź Prepare training documents / SOPs for catalogs and cXML, and run knowledge transfer so the team can execute consistently.
â—Ź Schedule and lead meetings and initial conversations with cXML and PunchOut suppliers; own status dashboards and reporting for their own supplier scope. May interface with category managers and IT/DTS on dependencies.

Core enablement delivery
● Build and migrate hosted and PunchOut catalogs and set up cXML connections — including the more complex connections (gather supplier information, set up the transmission document, align test scenarios and test).
â—Ź Support supplier onboarding, master-data change requests, and cutover (prepare/organise files, run smoke tests), and track/report readiness.
You'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Qualifications
â—Ź Required:

○ Hands-on experience with Power Automate — able to build and configure flows for communications.
â—‹ Hands-on cXML, PunchOut and hosted catalog setup experience, plus knowledge of EDI and EDI-to-cXML conversion.
â—‹ Experience with a supplier portal (Coupa Supplier Portal preferred).
â—‹ Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, including explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
â—‹ A self-starter able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; mid-level, typically 3-5 years in procurement / supplier enablement.
â—‹ Fluent level of English, spoken and written, is essential.

â—ŹDesirable:
â—‹ Prior Coupa catalog / cXML enablement delivery on a transformation or migration programme.
â—‹ Knowledge of SAP.
