Hours: 36–40 Hours per Week
The Supervisor – Social Work is responsible for overseeing social work services within the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
This role requires leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to support both patients and interdisciplinary teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum2+ years of Social Work experience (IDD or behavioral health preferred)
•Active Michigan Social Work License (LMSW / LCSW – Required)
• Experience insupervisory or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge ofbehavioral health and case management practices
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working withIntellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) populations
• Familiarity withcommunity-based or outpatient behavioral health programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
