Superintendent

We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Superintendent will work on a mix ofground-up multifamily construction and renovation projects, providing an opportunity to oversee a variety of project types and scopes. Somelocal travel between project sites will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations for multifamily construction projects
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes
• Monitor quality control and jobsite safety
• Review plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Communicate regularly with project management and ownership teams regarding project progress and challenges
• Identify and resolve field issues efficiently
• Maintain organized project documentation and daily reports
• Coordinate multiple phases of construction, from site work through completion and turnover

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Multifamily construction experience required
• Experience with bothground-up construction and renovations strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and building processes
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel locally between project sites as needed
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
