Hola y bienvenido a Sungrow! We’re excited to introduce a role that keeps our commercial engine running smoothly behind the scenes as Sales Operations Coordinator - Spain. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Manage PV, ESS and distribution orders in the CRM system to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
  • Issue customer invoices in line with order details and contract milestone schedules.
  • Maintain strong CRM data quality and support reliable pipeline tracking and order management.
  • Prepare and update reports and dashboards that support transparency and better business decisions.
  • Improve and document sales operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment and Logistics on project coordination, delivery tracking and new subsidiary setup from a sales operations perspective.

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • You bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured way of working.
  • You have solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas, and enjoy working with data.
  • You are interested in business processes, reporting and finding smarter ways to work through automation.
  • You are organized, proactive, eager to learn and confident managing multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Your Spanish and English skills are both at C1 level, and experience with CRM systems, SAP, Dynamics or Power BI would be a plus.
