- Proactively monitor, analyse, and report on EU policy, legislative, and regulatory developments impacting the clean energy sector.
- Develop and execute advocacy strategies to positively influence policy outcomes with advisors and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders, including EU institutions and industry associations.
- Translate complex policy insights into clear briefings and recommendations for internal teams to guide business strategy.
- Draft high-quality position papers, consultation responses, briefing notes, and presentations articulating the company's stance.
- Collaborate with PR and Market Research teams to ensure policy insights inform external communication and market analysis.
- Master’s degree in European Affairs, Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in policy analysis, public affairs, or government relations, preferably within the energy, climate, or tech sectors.
- Direct experience working within or closely with EU institutions is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of EU policymaking processes and the current European energy & climate policy landscape.
- An established and relevant network in Brussels is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
