Sundries - Sales Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. 

Rota: Full Time, 40 hours 

Week 1: Monday 09:00-18:00, Tuesday 09:00-18:00, Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 09:00-18:00

Week 2: Sunday 09:00-17:30, Tuesday 09:00-18:00, Wednesday 09:00-18:00, Thursday 09:00-18:00 and Friday 09:00-18:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
