Subway RGM

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Subway team! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, team development, and overall store performance.

As a Subway Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of the store by leading your team, delivering a great guest experience, and driving results.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and team members
• Manage hiring, training, and performance of the entire team
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to meet business needs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Maintain business records and analyze performance to drive sales and profitability
• Support and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
• Maintain store facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Previous management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Experience managing operations and driving store performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
