Studio Manager - Mayweather Boxing & Fitness Studio

The Role

As the Studio Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of our fitness studio. You will lead a team of fitness professionals and support staff, ensuring that our members receive outstanding service and a positive experience. Your leadership will be key in creating a motivating atmosphere that encourages fitness and wellness.

Position Title: Studio Manager 

Reports to: CEO/Owner

Schedule: 30-35 hours/week 

Pay Structure: Hourly / Part-time

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve studio goals.
• Manage scheduling to optimize studio performance and efficiency.
• Foster a strong community by organizing events, workshops, and fitness challenges.
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Regularly attends training, bringing lessons learned back to sales staff for implementation
• Regularly attends Mayweather Boxing & Fitness classes, a minimum of 2-3 visits per week
• Works directly with Head Instructor to increase studio utilization and workout traffic
• Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaigns
• Executes and coordinates the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (studio events, outreach, etc.)
• Meets or exceeds personal sales goal as well as studio total goal
• Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and staff.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive studio success.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with social media marketing and community engagement.
• Familiarity with fitness studio management software.
