Studio Manager

Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 58 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning.

We are looking for a motivated and experiencedStudio Manager to join our Truro studio. This position operates on a four-week rolling rota. The role offers £13.75 per hour, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

Working Hours; Four-Week Rolling Rota

• Week 1:MondaytoThursday,10am–6pm
• Week 2:Monday,Tuesday&Friday,10am–6pm;Saturday,10am–5pm
• Week 3:MondaytoWednesday,10am–6pm;Saturday,10am–5pm
• Week 4:MondaytoThursday,10am–6pm

About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure the studio's continued success and growth.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the studio
• Recruit, train and develop your studio team
• Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
• Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting
• Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 1 year management experience
• Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience
• Experience working towards personal and team KPIs
• Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills
• Willingness to attend mandatory training
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry
• Retail or hospitality management experience
