Major/Essential Functions
- Direct visitors and guests to appropriate parking areas to ensure efficient traffic flow and compliance with parking guidelines.
- Monitor and control access to designated interior areas by verifying parking permits and authorized passes.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting visitors and assisting with parking and directional inquiries.
- Issue parking passes and permits to approved individuals in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Maintain awareness of traffic conditions and report any concerns or unusual situations to supervisors.
- Promote a positive visitor experience through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions with campus guests and employees.
