Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline. -
Minimum of8 years of experience in the Aerospace industry as a Stress Engineer/Analyst.

Comprehensive knowledge of stress analysis foraero structures, Nacelle, and EBU systems.

Hands-on experience withmetallic and composite structures stress analysis.

Working knowledge ofSpirit/Boeing tools including FEADMS, IAS, ISSW, and SASAFEM.

Experience in preparing and reviewingSCNs, SRMs, and other technical reports for aerospace structural components.
Job Responsibilities
-
PerformStatic, Fatigue, and Damage Tolerance analysis for aerospace structural components.

Gather stress analysis requirements from the client and communicate them effectively to the offshore team.

Coordinate between the client and offshore teams; review stress analysis work and deliver validated outputs to the client.

Participate in technical review meetings with clients, customers, and suppliers.

Interact with customers to prepareScope of Work (SOW) and define execution methodologies to ensure project requirements are met.

Useclassical hand calculation methods to analyze both primary and secondary structures.

ApplyFinite Element Methods (FEM) for load extraction and to solve complex engineering problems.
