The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Android Partnerships Strategy and Operations is responsible for all Global Android partnerships, as well as Americas carriers/telcos. We shape the strategies to distribute the highest quality Android products to consumers. In this role, you will work with SoC partnerships, select OEM partnerships, and ecosystem partnerships.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Googleโs Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Googleโs own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Googleโs user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience working with, or in the sectors of, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), telecommunications carriers, silicon/SoC providers, or mobile device software ecosystems.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience driving complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership of select initiatives, managing project priorities and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and develop go-to-market strategies (e.g., revenue/service models, product strategies) and launch cross-functional initiatives to address business needs and drive growth.
- Solve complex problems with multiple potential solutions, identifying roadblocks, operational inefficiencies, and developing optimal solutions through a wide range of tools and approaches.ย
- Influence and align resources and direction across teams, actively developing relationships with stakeholders across the product area and with cross-functional teams. Integrate team activities with broader strategic initiatives.ย
- Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of your business area, internal systems, processes, and industry trends to inform decision-making and guide strategic initiatives.
