We are recruiting aCommercial Legal Counsel for a leading public organization in the collective transportation sector. Its mission is essential, tangible, and highly visible.

You will join asenior, collaborative legal team known for its openness and willingness to share expertise. Legal counselworks closely with business units, procurement teams, and senior leadership. You are consulted early and play an active role in shaping projects.

Your practice will focus oncommercial law and contracts, includingpublic procurement processes, complex agreements, negotiations, risk management, legislative interpretation, development of contract templates, and oversight of external legal mandates.

You are a member of the Barreau du Québec with approximatelyfive years of experience in commercial or public contract law. Experience in compliance, technology law, or within a public or parapublic environment is considered an asset.
