We primarily use Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8. We integrate with external systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, nCino, and several bank specific core systems (Jack Henry, Fiserv, etc.). If you’ve ever worked with SOAP APIs or On the AI side, we mainly interface with OpenAI and Gemini models. Customers can deploy Omni either via cloud or VPC, so familiarity with containerization and DevOps is valuable.

Backed by Y Combinator, FundersClub, and Transpose Platform, we're one of the fastest-growing AI startups and building an exceptional team in person that will shape the future of AI for financial institutions.## About the RoleWe're building a small group of advisors with deep experience in lending and financial services.This is an advisory role, not a full-time operating position.Advisors will work closely with the founders and team to share how financial institutions approach customer communication today, where existing tools fall short, and what they're looking for from new solutions.We're particularly interested in current and former leaders across auto, mortgage, personal, and small business lending, as well as leaders at banks and credit unions responsible for servicing, collections, contact centers, and customer communication technology.## **What You'll Do*** A 30-minute call with our team about once a month.* Occasional questions between calls by email or text.* Make introductions to relevant leaders in your network when it makes sense.* Share industry perspective and feedback on the product.## **What We're Looking For*** 10+ years in banking, lending, or financial services, including senior leadership experience as a CTO, CIO, COO, Head of Innovation, Head of Servicing, or equivalent.* Hands-on experience across loan origination, servicing, collections, or contact center operations.* Experience evaluating or implementing IVR, contact center, or customer communication technology.* Deep understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and adopt new technology.* Previous experience advising startups or technology companies.## CompensationCompensation is cash and/or equity depending on experience and how involved you want to be.
